Features: It's an automatic machine to folding and cutting non woven bed sheets. This machine can be connected with packing machine.

Working process

Raw material feeding - Vertical Folding - Cutting - Horizontal folding - Conveyor output

1. Antibacterial, anti-chemical agents: polypropylene is a chemical blunt material, moth - free, and can isolate the presence of bacteria and insects in the liquid erosion; Antibacterial, alkali corrosion, finished products do not affect the strength of erosion.

2. Antimicrobial properties. The product has the ability to pull water, no mildew, and can isolate the bacteria and insects in the liquid erosion, no mildew and moth.

3. Physical properties. Made of polypropylene spinning directly spread into a network of hot bonding, product strength is better than the general staple fiber products, strength without direction, vertical and horizontal strength similar.

All the machines will be packed in plywood cases with three procedures of anti-rust:

1.Spray anti-rust oil

2.Put the desiccant

3.Plastic bag seal
