Working process

Raw material feeding-Vertical Folding- Cutting-Horizontal folding-Conveyor output

1. Light weight: polypropylene resin as the main raw material, the proportion of only 0.9, only three fifths of cotton, fluffy, feel good.

2. Soft: composed of fine fibers (2-3D) light hot melt bonding molding. The finished product has moderate softness and comfort.

3. Water pumping, breathable: polypropylene slices do not absorb water, water content is zero, the finished product is good water pumping, composed of 100% fiber with porosity, good air permeability, easy to keep the cloth dry, easy to wash.

4. Non-toxic, non-irritating: the product is produced with FDA food grade raw materials, without other chemical ingredients, stable performance, non-toxic, no odor, no irritation to the skin.

All the machines will be packed in plywood cases with three procedures of anti-rust:

1.Spray anti-rust oil

2.Put the desiccant

3.Plastic bag seal
