Production Procedure

Raw material feeding->Folding -> Ultrasonic welding >Doctor cap forming->cutting and conveyor

Machine Allocation:

1. It equipped with Delta PLC and touch screen device.

2. One machine can make doctor cap with ties and elastic band.

3. It is suitable for handling 20-40gsm non woven fabric.

4. Full aluminum alloy frame and all metal parts are chroming.

Doctors need to take a hat while diagnosing infectious diseases, first is to prevent contamination of debris such as hair and dandruff during surgery; second is to maintain hygiene and avoid infectious contact.

All the machines will be packed in plywood cases with three procedures of anti-rust:

1.Spray anti-rust oil

2.Put the desiccant

3.Plastic bag seal
