Meltblown cloth uses polypropylene as the main raw material and can be used in fields such as air, liquid filter materials, isolation materials, absorbent materials, mask materials, thermal insulation materials, oil-absorbing materials and wipe cloths.
As the name suggests, melt blown cloth is "sprayed out". The thin stream of polymer melt extruded from the nozzle hole of the die is drawn by a high-speed hot air stream, thereby forming ultra-fine fibers and collecting them on a mesh curtain or roller, and at the same time bonding themselves.
