The automatic inner ear mask machine adopts ultrasonic welding method. When the mask is transferred to the processing position, the ultrasonic wave is automatically generated, which generates micro-amplitude and high-frequency vibration on the earband, which is quickly converted into heat, melts the material to be processed, and then makes the ear The tape is pasted or implanted on the inside of the mask body, which is a processing process for the production of inner ear tape masks. Disposable inner ear mask is a common type of mask in life. There are many manufacturers of inner ear mask machine, so how to debug the inner ear mask machine?

1. Turn on the start and stop switch and the power switch, and the built-in light of the power switch is on.

2. Adjust the air pressure. The air pressure valve is under the operating table. Open the door panel of the equipment to find the air pressure valve. Adjust the pressure according to the specific situation. When some mechanisms are not synchronized, increase the pressure. The operating air pressure is generally Adjust within the range of 0.2~0.6MPa.

3. The equipment is stopped, turn on the power switch of the ultrasonic generator, and press the "Sonic Inspection" switch. If the indicator of the amplitude display rises sharply and exceeds 100, it means that the frequency is too far from the resonance point, and the "Sonic Adjustment" knob must be adjusted. Visually look at the amplitude display, press the "Sound Wave Test" detection switch with the left hand (not more than 3 seconds), rotate the "Sound Wave Adjustment" knob with the right hand, and adjust the pointer of the amplitude display to the low point. When adjusting, if the indicator of the amplitude display is not falling, but rising, turn the "Sound Wave Adjustment" knob in the opposite direction. The reading of the amplitude display indicator is within 50, and the reading of the ammeter indicator is below 0.6A, which is a better working state. After adjusting the sound wave, tighten the wing nut and close the protective cover.

Fourth, the inspection of the cooling fan, to check whether the cooling fan is running normally, to ensure that the ultrasonic transducer can run for a long time when it is working.
