Common types are: non-woven sheet folding machine, rag folding machine, wipe folding machine, wet wipes folding machine, etc. Used in laundry, hotel, hotel, hospital, textile, railway and other industries.
Non-woven sheet folding machine: a machine that is usually connected with an ironing machine to automatically fold the ironed sheets (or square tablecloth).
According to the number of folds, it can be divided into the following four types:
a. Two-folding machine: a machine that can only perform vertical double-folding.
b. Four-folding machine: a machine that can perform vertical secondary and horizontal secondary folding.
c. Five-folding machine: a machine that can fold vertically twice and horizontally three times.
d. Multi-folding machine: a machine that can perform vertical three-fold and horizontal three-fold or more.
According to the number of objects that can be folded at the same time, it can be divided into single-channel machine and multi-channel machine. The former can only fold one sheet or tablecloth at a time, while the latter can fold 2~4 small items (such as small tablecloths, pillowcases, etc.) at the same time in addition to the single-channel function. Usually called two-channel machine or four-channel machine.
According to the maximum width of its foldable sheets, it can be divided into: 2800mm, 3000mm and 3300mm and so on.
According to the maximum length of the foldable sheet, it can be divided into: ≤4×800mm and ≤4×1100mm. This mainly depends on the maximum width of the horizontal foldable of the folder. There are generally two types of folding machines commonly used at home and abroad for their transverse foldable maximum widths, namely ≤800mm and ≤1100mm.
